While they might look like the BFGs that come with every single toy nowadays, the fact that they are mounted sells them for me. Set to coincide with the new animated series, the figure line was a surprise to many since it was not unveiled at Toy Fair. These are similar to the deluxe packs from the X-Men Origins: Wolverine line like the Deadpool missle launcher and that Logan with the bike, but instead they have armor upgrades with a gaggle of weapons. In July of 1994, Toy Biz announced a new action figure line: Iron Man. I also came across a very nice sub-line from Hasbro that has me excited the deluxe Armor Tech toys. I’ve been surfing the net looking for what will be available and came up with a few more I really want: Thats why when these 'Iron Man 2' toy images surfaced, it was worth taking a close look to see if the plastic articulated any new information about one of 2010s most anticipated super hero films.

This Whiplash action figure measures 12 inches tall, and features over 30 points of articulation. When it comes to discovering subtle movie spoilers, action figure fans have learned to turn to toy shelves. Now, Whiplash, the adversary of Iron Man and War Machine is also released by Hot Toy before the Iron Man 2 movie is shown. Companies like Hot Toys and Diamond Select also created figures for the movie. A 3.75' Black Widow figure was also planned, but never officially released. The core line was at 3.75', while an exclusive line of Marvel Legends-style 6' figures were available as Walmart exclusives.

I’ve heard that the next few being brought in will be from the Comic Series, and since I already have the Stealth Armor from this series I’m pretty stoked to get the Classic version and the Comic War Machine. Hot Toy has unveiled the War Machine action figure for several weeks. In 2010, Hasbro released a series of Iron Man 2 action figures in connection with the movie. And like any hobbyist with that Collector’s Completist Compulsion, I want to get as many unique molds as I can (as well as a few more repaints) to fill in my armory. Sometime in the next week or so, we’ll be seeing a lot more Iron Man product as we get closer to the end of April and the premiere of the movie. Despite my misgivings about the scale, I can’t resist the temptation of having a tiny little armory of my own on my desktop: Marvel Legends is an action figure line based on the characters of Marvel Comics, initially produced by Toy Biz, then by Hasbro.This line is in the 6-inch (150 mm) scale, with spin-off lines in the 4-inch (100 mm), 8-inch (200 mm), and 12-inch (300 mm) scale.
They had a ton of product there ranging from the first wave of 10 3.75" figures, nice new micro playsets, role-play items like nerf blasters and Iron Man helmets, and some great looking 8" and 12" figures. I had a pretty good haul at the recent launch of the new Iron Man 2 toy lines.
